This is a 36-minute video from one hour in the lives of two immature great horned owls. During the same hour, one owl expels a pellet over the head of its younger/smaller sibling. Later in that same hour, the same owl begins to go over backwards out of the tree. As it begins to lose its balance, it flaps faster and faster. Just as you think it's about to fall, the smaller owl snags it by some head feathers and guides it back into the hole and puts it head over its sibling as if to say, I'm glad you're safe. The pellet is around minute 4 or so and the flapping is close to the end of the 36-minute episode. The rest of the video is the owls watching different birds, bugs, and people who are watching them or who are making noise along the path below them. These are two very entertaining youngsters and were and are a great joy to watch.
