Automatic Board Lifter by Handling Concepts Ltd (Material Handling Equipment)

Designed to allow varying numbers of boards to be automatically transferred to create a 'rainbow stack' for further processing of kitchen work-tops up to 125kg in weight. The unit can stack small quantities to the front stack or de-stack a few from front to rear if the predominant colour is in the front. The operator simply enters the number of boards on the touch screen and selects direction of transfer. Laser sensors tell the PLC the stack height and prevent crash landing on approach. All electric drives with inverter control and vacuum for gripping the board.
