Cedar Waxwing (Bird Watcher Northwest)

June 2010, Tacoma, Washington. Spends most of its time at the tops of trees. Obtains the mask after one year of age. As the name implies, loves to eat the small blueberry like cones of cedar trees. Known to make very high pitched whistling sounds.
