Here is footage of a baby Harpy Eagle taken by Rovin Alvin of Rewa Village, Guyana. Foster Parrots has been supporting the ecotourism efforts of this village for several years now and the discovery of two adult Harpy Eagles in 2008 as they built their nest was great news for the village as they believed they eagles had disappeared from the area years ago. Rewa is a magical place at the confluence of the Rupununi and Rewa rivers. For more information on how to visit Rewa contact Marc@wildrupununi.com or RovinAlvin@gmail.com.
