I decided to try and mount a Hen Mallard and the project came out pretty nice so far. I am done with the skinning and fleshing of the bird and did have some difficulty getting the right form for the bird. I did put the original skull back in the head because the skin was drying out and will finish the bird when the form arrives this week. Here is some video from the initial skinning process. Do not watch if you are easily offended or do not like hunting!!!!!!
