Video taken in 1998 at Druridge Bay in Northumberland. At the time of writing the bird is currently accepted by the BBRC but is now under review. If rumours are to be believed they have decided that it is not proven and passed the file onto the BOU to decide whether it stays on the British list or not. The video was taken by Jusin Carr (I think) but I have lost the box so I am not sure. I am also not sure if I am breaking any copyright rules by posting this but if I am, please inform me and I will take the video down immediately.
