BBC preschool programme from 1981, presented alternately by Carol Leader (as in this video - she looks rather a lot more manic than I remember) and Fred Harris (interestingly, before he became an actual schools IT programme presenter). This one's about a crow, apparently. And I'm sure I wasn't the only one who wanted one of those yellow buggies.
