Airgun hunting ptarmigan above the Arctic Circle in the middle of December. The sun has been down below the horizon for a few weeks and will eventually return again in January. I made this mostly to show how quiet the PCP is. In this low light it is tricky to spot white on white and manage to make a few shots while hypothermia begins to set in. Using a Gamo Dynimax Multishot in .177 to take these two ptarmigan from 27-30m from one prone position.
