Oxford City Council has placed several hanging baskets on Broad Street. All contain red begonias and/or white or purple petunias. I have viewed the Sheldonian from beneath all of them and here is the result - all the fun of trying on a series of hats for Ascot without the expense.
Heliotropes and Begonia

This container on the front steps has "Marine" heliotrope and "Bonfire" begonia. The heliotrope certainly has done well... I hope the begonia takes off later in the summer.
