Just playing around with this 500W Grid Tie Inverter. Doesn't really make a huge impact on energy savings where I live, but it's fun to experiment with. Here you see where I begin my experiment by seeing how much more efficient this unit would be attached to a battery bank instead of to panels, the test will run within a 4hr period. During the testing period, I did witness my meter spinning backwards.
